Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Heavys electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
